How is Antimic Guardian Applied ?
Application of Antimic Guardian can be done by various methods depending on the place and the natüre of the substrate or the surface. The methods include bathing, washing, padding, spraying, misting or fogging. In case it is needed, the excess antimic on the surfaces can be spread or taken away by clean clothes.
For the best results, the surfaces to be protected by antimic, must be properly cleaned and rinsed with clean water when necessary. Prior to application all dirt and dust must be removed. There should not be any soap or anionic detergent residues left from cleaning process. Any residue must be rinsed away .
If antimic is used together with other chemicals in the same bath or production tanks as a mixture, one must take care of the compatibility issue and test it before use. As a general rule, antimic is cationic in nature and should not be used together with anionic chemicals. Under any circumstances, any chemical which is used together with antimic, has to be tested.
We recommend you to consult our technical staff for proper use and utilization of the maximum efficiency of Antimic Guardian.
All applications must be done by trained personnel who has adequette product and application knowledge.
After the application of Antimic, it has to be let completely dry. It is not recommended to allow contact of other materials to the surfaces , before complete drying.
Once the drying is complete, the permanent bonding and self cure is acheved and the antimic protection starts.
